The Boylepoker.com International Poker Open is gearing up for 2014 with five stops across Ireland and the UK!

The IPO Tour 2014 will stop at Galway, London, Killarney, Newcastle, and then make it's way back to Dublin!

IPO Galway 6th - 10th February 2014
IPO London 10th - 14th April 2014
IPO Killarney 19th - 23rd June 2014
IPO Newcastle 21st - 25th August 2014
IPO Dublin 16th - 20th October 2014

The Boylepoker.com IPO (International Poker Open) tournament is now is heading towards it's seventh year, and has firmly cemented its place in the European must attend poker calendar. Boylepoker.com has sponsored the IPO since 2008, and since that time the event has gone from strength to strength. It has been the largest poker tournament held outside the U.S., the largest European No-Limit Hold’em freezeout poker tournament with a record breaking field (at the time) of 1,440 players, and has been nominated for ‘Best European Event of the Year’ by the European Poker Awards in 2011.

The IPO is truly an International event with past winners from Ireland, U.K., Germany and the Netherlands. The event is a professional tournament for an amateur buy-in with prize pools that regularly top €250,000!

This event is a player’s favourite as they can play alongside the good and the great of the game as well as sporting & TV personalities any given year. Amongst the field in past year’s we have had legends of the game such as Boylepoker pro’s John O’Shea, Nicky Power. Former World Champion Noel Furlong, WSOP bracelet winner Marty Smyth, WSOP main event finalists Padraig Parkinson, Andy Black & Scott Gray, Irish Open winner Neil Channing, and the “voice of poker” Jesse May, not to mention sporting personalities such as rugby internationalists, All-Ireland winning hurlers, and snooker world champions.
